Loistene Williams was born January 1,1952 to Lottie b. Williams and Johnny Williams in Marietta, Arkansas.

She leaves to Cherish her memories two daughters; Charlisha Pipkins(Randolph),  and Chandra Wolford, six grandchildren; LaMarcus Williams, Lanesia Williams, LaKenya Kelley, and Dontreyel Smith,Cameron Smith and LaKaya Smith. Three  great-grandchildren; LaMya Williams, LaMarcus Williams jr., and Davion Kelley. Two brothers; Isaih Williams, and Marcus Williams, three sisters;Ivynell Abernathy, Fayerene Pope, and Alice Nesbit and two Son-in-laws; Randolph Pipkins jr. and Phillip Anderson and A host of other relatives and friends.
