ALICE MAE KING

Alice was born in Douglasville,Tx on July

15, 1944 to Genia and Fannie Mae Vatin.

She attended Spring Hill Elementary and

later her family moved to Nevada Texas

where she completed her education at

Josephine Community School.

Later in her early adult life she met and

married Benny Ree King and to their union

were two children.

In her later years she came to know the

Lord. She loved serving and sharing her

faith. She was a faithful member of

Pentecost Church of God in Christ. She

loved to hear people sing. She would often

say I ain't missing church and her favorite

verse is Philippians 4:19.

Alice is preceded in death by her parents

Genia and Fannie Mae Vatin, husband

Bennie Ree King, son John King and five

sisters and one brother.

Left to cherish her memory is her sister

Martha Estes, daughter Jackie King,

stepdaughter and stepson Teresa and

Freddie King along with three

grandchildren, three great-grandchildren

and a host of nieces and nephews.
